Ninja Strength is a 6-week high-energy program built for kids who love to move, climb, jump, swing, race, and challenge themselves in fun new ways every week.
No two classes are the same. We switch up the obstacle course setup weekly to keep things exciting, engaging, and full of new ninja challenges to conquer.
With a max of just 16 kids per group, every ninja gets lots of coaching, movement time, encouragement, and opportunities to build real confidence along the way.
Whether your child is already obsessed with ninja-style movement or just hasn’t found their “thing” in traditional sports yet, this program gives them a place to get
stronger, move their body, make friends, and feel like an absolute rockstar while doing it.
